Notice of Funds Availability

Typically during spring of each fiscal year, the Office of Victim Services (OVS) conducts a four-to-six week competitive Request for Application (RFA) Program. The competitive process is required by Chapter 50 of the DC Register. In order to compete, applicants must provide:

  • Verification of their nonprofit status
  • A copy of their "certified" financial report for the last full calendar year
  • Proof of successfully passing other certifications, assurances and special conditions listed in the RFA

Notification to awardees normally takes place by September 1 of the current calendar year. To find the primary announcement vehicles and current grants list, visit the Office of Partnerships and Grants Development's Grant Funding Alerts and the District Grants Clearinghouse or contact our OVS staff.

At this time, there are no requests for applications (RFAs).
